Arcona was at
the beginning. A work cooperative set up by a number of
young graduates (including several architects). It was an attempt to
find a remedy for declining labour market, degenerated by decades of
communism. It was 1986.
In 1990, after the transformation, the Arcona founders who had still
still
remained in the country, decided to change its organizational status.
For the sake of organizational aspects, the most suitable and
beneficial form seemed to be a limited company. Therefore, ArC2 sp z o.
o. (Ltd) had been established. Since 1995, apart from the main stream
which is the architectural
design, it
has also been dealing
with developing activities. |
